  • Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You are fully responsible for any activities or actions under your account.

The content on this website—including but not limited to videos, text, quizzes, graphics, logos, and course materials—is the intellectual property of 1to1 Teaching-Learning Ltd or our content creators (instructors).

  • License to Use: When you purchase a course, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the course content for personal, non-commercial, educational purposes.

  • Restrictions: You may not:

    • Download, record, or redistribute our video content (unless explicitly allowed).

    • Share your login credentials with others to split the cost of a course.

    • Resell or modify our course materials.

Violation of this section will result in immediate account termination without refund.

4. Payments and Refunds

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in Rwandan Francs (RWF) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via Mobile Money (MTN/Airtel) and recognized card payment gateways.

  • Refund Policy:

    • Digital Goods: Due to the nature of digital content, we generally do not offer refunds once a course has been accessed or started.

    • Exceptions: A refund may be considered strictly within 7 days of purchase if there is a proven technical error preventing you from accessing the content, and our support team is unable to resolve it.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use our platform for lawful purposes only. You must not:

  • Post comments that are harassing, abusive, defamatory, or hateful.

  • Upload viruses or malicious code.

  • Engage in “academic dishonesty,” such as cheating on quizzes or claiming another’s work as your own.

We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend any user that violates these standards.

  • No Guarantees: While we strive for excellence, 1to1 Teaching-Learning Ltd does not guarantee specific results, such as passing national exams (e.g., PLE), admission to specific schools, or employment. Success depends on the learner’s dedication and background.

  • “As Is”: The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Rwandan law, 1to1 Teaching-Learning Ltd, its directors, employees, or instructors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the website or inability to access the courses.
