What We Offer
Over 40% of Rwandan youth aged 15–24 lack basic digital skills, and many schools still face shortages of qualified teachers, ICT infrastructure, and modern teaching support (National Institute of Statistics of Rwanda, 2022; MINEDUC ICT in Education Policy, 2019). At 1 TO 1 Teaching – Learning Ltd (RDB REG. ID: 122175254), we exist to close this gap—by offering certified services in education, consultancy, digital empowerment, and community promotion.
Our work targets real local needs to ensure that no school, learner, or organization is left behind in Rwanda’s journey to development.
